(2) According to the document passed by his office, if it is necessary to file, cancel and transfer the name in another office, the person receiving the document should go to the relevant office for filing, cancellation and name transfer, and send such document to the related office as well.
(3) According to sub-section (2), if a document for filing, cancellation and name change is received from other districts, the relevant office shall record the fact that it has been passed in that manner and file, cancel and name change according to the document.
